We will process your order immediately. Please allow 2-3 business days for your frame selection to arrive in a package that will also contain a pre~paid return facility. However, please allow up to twenty working days for your completed order, as certain combinations of lenses (particularily some combinations of varifocal high index or transitions/reactolight lenses and coatings can take extra time).

 

We will try and despatch them sooner if we can. For orders outside the UK, please allow about five working days more for delivery. Goods will be delivered in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required. Immediately after signing for delivery, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received the goods within seven days of despatch, please notify us immediately. Title passing to you will not in any way affect your guarantees (click on 'GUARANTEE' button to view these).
